I think we are all grownups and we should have the choice to make choices about what we can and can not put in our bodies. If there are plants out there that effect us is certain ways then why would god put them on the planet. Terence McKenna's may have a point that we evolved by eating Psychoactive drugs. How can you ban a plant that grows ons gods planet. did he just make a mistake. If god does exist then how could he possibly have made such mistakes live free and respect your choices. peace.

that was great,the lady with cerebral palsy makes me cry everytime i see it (i seen the documentary its orinaly from) and its not cause i feel bad or whatever,its that weed works so well for her and shes a criminal for useing it and has to get ripped off buying weed on the street just because she lives in the wrong fucking state,its fuckin bullshit.also i believe there is any man with the same problem from the same doc but worse and weed has an even more positive effect. ..oh and no side effects

@GoogleVideoMan: Make sure to make "drugs" that are already in our body illegal too (Dopamine, Serotonin, Epinephrine, DMT (whoops, already illegal), Melatonin, etc.). That way there will be no "criminals" on the streets...oh wait, there will be NO ONE on the streets.

Like my friend says all drugs should be illegal including alcohol and tobacco. So the argument that marijuana is not as harmful as alcohol or tobacco goes no where because we're working on making those drugs illegal too.

What is always lost here is that people speak of MJ and smile, people speak of ALC and think ReHab. Even a Bushie like Obama smiles upon the thought of MJ.

I guess it's a positive way to create criminals if you demonize a plant that makes people, even the opposition, smile. They think it's funny you are going to state jails over a thing less destructive than ALC.

marijuana should be legalized. period. there's nothing wrong with it, but everything wrong with prohibiting it.
