  • Dear Kirk,

don't use your wrist for the strokes.

  • his traditional is horrible

  • My girlfriend was striking my head last nigt :0

  • I have the same pad and drum sticks :D I realize it just now :) :) :)

  • @blicky2blacky dude ignore outlawedman. He's just a stupid fuck who don't know the first thing about drumming. He's one of those pathetic jocks who thinks they know everything.

  • You can have your pinky off the stick as traditional grip illustrates and i found the video exsposes what can be too overlooked by even professional players at that is talking about striking the drum in the correct place with solid technique! Check jojo mayer for more on this topic.

  • Thumb facing up is the french grip.. The guy simply explained he would address the french grip in a later video. He mentions nothing about the "pinky finger" in this video. Outlawedman, your obeservations are "inaccurate" and unconstituted by anything in this video. Your use of the internet, and nerdy term, "epic fail" demonstrates , atleast to me, that your interests lie more in internet jargon and time waisting then actual drum studies and knowledge.

  • i started when i was 3

  • You can play french grip matched... just like german grip can be played matched...
