@dannyd1572 Ted tried to work with Bush on no child left behind and Bush WOULD NOT FUND IT. Kennedy asked Bush how long he was going to give money away to big corporations, tax cuts, etc. because the GOP ignores Americans! Ted would get so mad at them and tell them off.
