For both R12 and R13, to apply "Random effector", you'll have to click down that MoGraph menu, look on the top where it says "Effector" and choose "Random". It will appear as "Random" in the workarea, but it's the same. Please like this, so as many as we can, can see this, and create the text ;)

@GamerGod912 If now you're on the r12, idk whatever version you have, but i had the same problem, go to mograph=>Effector(the one in the top)=>Random.

It's only some people who have it that way, and i have no idea why, i'm a cinema nooby.. Can only make simple things..
