@guydecervens Actually, the majority of areas covered by 3, the National Broadband Scheme provider are at least 1Mb for €19.99, which is great progress in a year or two. I think it's companies like Eircom who have screwed the company with inaction and lack of competition

And just in case you think you're being clever phrasing it as a question mark, or putting the words "reportedly" or "alledgedly" at the end of a sentence does not offer protection and there is precedent for this. I would strongly advise you to remove this remark.
(BTW I am not connected to Shane Ross in any way, and won't even be giving him any significant preference in the election.)

Two years on the National Broadband Scheme is exposed as subsidies for mobile companies to provide dongles. Dongle connection speed is appallingly slow and coverage is spoadic depending on the network. This waffling smug twit should go back to renting bicycles because like all the Green sell-outs he's a bloody disgrace and an insult to the gullible people who voted for him. Never again Minister Ecomaniac.

This guy just proves that Ministers can do nothing about real problems. Semi state wasters in Eircom and ESB have destroyed this country. The ESB have a full fibre network that they cannot be bothered to market.
