Check c853 on the main board its just below the u800 amp. When it leaks it throws voltage off on the cursor. It a small square like cap .47 25 v there are 4 in a row.

@ralphb59 Thank You very much for your answer! I have resolve this in the past, and this is exact the problem. For your info, I have change all the .47 and .22 caps in the main board!
