@ericclaptonismygod31 Ye decriminalizing homosexuality and allowing women access to professionally administered abortion (as opposed to backstreet ops) makes you a wanker. That must be why he was such a successful and long serving politician,
One gets tired of him comparing anyone who believes in a conspiracy,or cover-up, to Richard Nixon. It's a cheap shot, no one wants to be like Nixon, and he keeps repeating it ad nauseam like a rhetoricician. But he's full of good ideas and it's worth thinking about, but he's bashing his point here like a polemicist.(Or maybe I just don't like what he' saying here, I loved 'All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace'.)
I think that Robert Anton Wilson once said something along the lines of Nixon being the Anarchist's president, because he made normal people feel about their government the way that only Anarchists do naturally. Heh heh.
Sorta, but I don't think that "progeny" is the right word. Conspiracy theorists' ideas didn't derive from Nixon's, but they seem to sorta be tuned into the same wavelength. It's like Francis E. Dec, or Phillip K. Dick.
Because, honestly, there are a ton of weirdo "coincidences" out there which could point to some kind of conspiracy. And in many ways, the revisionist version of history is more coherent than the popular version.
Nixon was an arch-conspiracy theorist and the legions of truthers, birthers, NWO groupies and sworn enemies of the Americo-Zionist plot are his intellectual progeny! That the supposed pupper master should be consider himself a puppet is one of the delicious ironies of the age!
