Did it come with an OS installation disk?

software incompatibility? Is this problem only refering to the games?

@sbmsuperman Actually, we were also mentioning some incompatibility with some graphically intensive programs as well, such as Maya. It wasn't solely related to gaming.

No bargain a straight rip off. They take your money without a gun and leave you with some crappy laptop that barely functions as described. In fact the advertisements are a total lie. Expect a piece of crap computer with even worse tech support, whose only job is to extract more money out of you. Average tech support call 1 hour and 45 minutes of pure aggravation. XPS is a junk computer I have one and am on the 6-8th replacement. Avoid Dell if you can xtra performance system anything but.
