Eric Benjamin Gordon performing "Dry Your Eyes"

"Dry Your Eyes" was one song from Neil Diamond's 1976 album Beautiful Noise written by both Neil and his production collaborator, Robbie Robertson of The Band. It received its biggest recognition when Neil and The Band performed it that Thanksgiving during the Last Waltz.

After receiving the news that the Republicans in the US government convinced President Obama to extend the George W. Bush-enacted tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans. This song was practically the first one I thought of. I'm performing it on my Epiphone Explorer guitar plugged into a Line 6 Flextone II amplifier, but not using a mic or P A system.
