Dear Oprah, Is plastic my true purpose?

Please help me get this message to Oprah and let her know that there are many of us out here going beyond bottles and bags to reduce our plastic consumption. Oprah's Earth Day show was great, showing the problems of plastic in our oceans. Let's let her know there are many, many solutions if we each take personal responsibility for our purchases and ask manufacturers to help us get to zero waste.

You are such a beautiful example to others. Protection of our little ones from BPA and adults with health problems who have not idea they are poisoning themselves with plastics is another huge reason for Oprah to use her infuence to help. Hi Beth, awesome girl! you have inspired me to take on your zero plastic project in my life too... I recently started on an SLS free crusade, eliminating the use of synthetic detergents by making my own soaps/cleaners/shampoo's etc use throughout the house.. still lots of experimenting to be done, but I may as well eliminate the plastic alongside the commercial body and house cleaners... makes perfect sense.
