Became incredibly sick with stomach flu earlier in the week, hence there are no squat or bench videos since the previous Saturday. Since I did not want to delay my plan further, I manned up and hit some suited squats in my new TRX suit. I will need to have the straps altered since they are incredibly loose. Everyone happy new year and let's all aim for sickening PRs.
