This is boring. I lay no blame at the feet of the Sagat player for that though. He's playing to win and that is his right. At a tournament, there's something wrong with him if he's not doing this. The fault here lies with the people whose job was to balance this game. They should have done a better job here with Sagat's fireballs. They definitely needed more cooldown time, maybe even a little more startup time.

He plays to fuckin win, its a tournament, would you take unnecessary risks if you played in a tournament? NO, if you're not retarded you wouldnt. He has all the combos down, all the links, BnB's etc down, he is #1 try to get that in your scrubby head, he plays to win, if that means spamming tiger shot against a Guile, SO BE IT.
