3 Sets Press. Rules are simple. Don't use your legs and put the kettlebell overhead. I use a ballistic press, but if you are not in condition for this it could be dangerous. Warm up well.

  • Oh yeah I forgot to mention I am amazed you pressed 32kg for 50 reps like it was nothing. Amazing job.

  • Great videos, they've inspired me many times to train harder. I can only do the 32kg for 5 reps and 37kg for 1. This is amazing. How did you build such incredible shoulder strength to press 60kg?! You are very strong. How would you advise increasing pressing strength?

  • impressive....

  • Awesome stuff, I can't wait til the trainer certification this Dec 4 th in Montreal, Canada.

  • funny I was just doing KB presses while watching this video. My right ankle is badly sprained right now, so I workout sitting at the comp haha. I agree completely with what you're saying otherwise. A lot of people say "oh hard style is better for athletes who want conditioning for other sports". After training for a few years with KB's, I find your fundamentals are the best for all athletes and create the best conditioning.

  • thank you and great job valery!

  • I watch everyone video and learn by listening, imitating and practicing .......with my vf bells of course ..

  • Техника жима просто идеальная!

Я за возвращение в ГС жима.

    Жим показатель силы.

А за видео поставил бы +100

  • love it when you say "check it!" great job valery.

  • Great message in today's video. In the future, can you do a video about the differences in Press, Push Press and Jerk. Specifically focused on the results that they produce? Thanks Coach.
