3 Sets Press. Rules are simple. Don't use your legs and put the kettlebell overhead. I use a ballistic press, but if you are not in condition for this it could be dangerous. Warm up well.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I am amazed you pressed 32kg for 50 reps like it was nothing. Amazing job.

Great videos, they've inspired me many times to train harder. I can only do the 32kg for 5 reps and 37kg for 1. This is amazing. How did you build such incredible shoulder strength to press 60kg?! You are very strong. How would you advise increasing pressing strength?

funny I was just doing KB presses while watching this video. My right ankle is badly sprained right now, so I workout sitting at the comp haha. I agree completely with what you're saying otherwise. A lot of people say "oh hard style is better for athletes who want conditioning for other sports". After training for a few years with KB's, I find your fundamentals are the best for all athletes and create the best conditioning.

Great message in today's video. In the future, can you do a video about the differences in Press, Push Press and Jerk. Specifically focused on the results that they produce? Thanks Coach.
