I saw them recently and they probably had the best performance I've ever seen. They are just so fucking awesome.

i like their album and think they work well as a whole, but sometimes their mission doesnt translate well live. she needs to turn the "me, me, me" down a bit and try to gel with the band better. cat powers good, but its been done. id suggest buying the album, and skip the live show at least until she gets done falling in love with herself.

This was from a few years back in Knoxville, Tennessee. They played in a coffee shop called Old City Java. I had never heard of them before. I was moved.
