What an opportunity to bring some ideas for improvement. If he did one thing while he was there. Brought just one citizen to the U.S., brougt a student from the U.S. to study there, or paid for a students needs. Kenya doesnt need words of praise but action for possitive change.

Biden should of started his speech saying, It is good to be in Kenya where Barack
Obama was born. Even though he lied to America and should not be the President
because it is unconstitutional. He is one of the best speech readers and can
bullshit his way out of a paper bag. I wanted to be President but when I realized
he would get all the black vote just because of his skin color I new I would have
to take 2'nd place. But my title still has President in it. But it is Vice. Obama Sucks.

That was a very beautiful speech.
Many people think of African countries in a negative manner and tend to associate the countries with words like "savage", "barbaric", and "uncivilized." Although there is a vast amount of corruption that has taken place in African countries like Kenya, that doesn't mean that the people of those countries are indeed savages and barbaric. The people of Kenya can be strong and make positive change and a new Constitution sounds like the harbinger of such a change.
