Did u use a voltmeter to determine which tab was positive and which was negative? Or is there another way to tell the difference? Thanks

@08IRAQVET Yes, I did use a volt meter to tell me what side was positive and negative. You will also need a meter to test if the cells are good or not. Out of a big batch, you will get a few bad ones. It is best to test them all before you spend time putting them together and finding out that one is bad. Thank you for the question, Lonny

You may want to add a blocking diode to your panel, so during the night they won't suck power from the batteries.
