Great vid!
I know this is a stupid question but how to you disconnect the hose tube from these type coneections. Do you just pull them out?

Its not a stupid question. On the John Guest fittings you must push in the center area around the tube in order to get the tube to release. They are very well designed.

nice setup and video man. i just recently got an ro/di unit and have a question. do u leave water in the di and filter chambers while not running water? or do u empty them? i think my di chamber has become goldish color for leaving water in it i am not sure (?)

Yes I do leave the water in my chambers. It will not hurt them at all.
