  • The west has been trying to educate Africa for decades and still hasn't really cracked the problems.

  • @kahluita Google is your friend!

  • so i guess the question we are looking for is why isnt africa more fertile?why doesnt it get more rain?why is there so much war there?how about we worry about things that are alittle easier to fix.instead of the world coming together to support another billion ppl.africa has some of the most valuable resources oil and gold and yet somehow they cant figured out how to get food.the ppl who live is places that have no resources....fucking move....why stay somewhere you cant survive.

  • Don't be fooled!! The central banks are to blame for the famine!! There is no shortage of food or natural rescources!! COMMODITY INFLATION CAUSES STARVATION!!

  • this seems like saying that markets have failed so far, but HEY! let's keep using markets. By the way speculation was a key impetus for the 2007 food crisis. Food should not be treated like every other commodity. We have food and there are people starving. I'm not sure what the answer is, but I know that it's not the way the World Bank does business.

  • @gabrielekebir86 True about food being destroyed in order to keep prices up, this happended in the great depression by government mandate not by the farmer's profit desire. But to say that food is a human right is and outrage. If I have the right to food, than YOU have the obligation to feed my fat, lazy ass. It is precisely because of the fact that food is profitable that the green revotution came to be. If you remove the profit out of food, shortages will occur. We need less gov. regulation

  • A lot of talk about nothing...........

Food should be a basic human right right like air and water, Every human being should have access to air, water and food for free. As long as there is a profit to be made there will always be hunger. We destroy food in order to keep the prices high. This kind of behavior is insane and that we accept it for normal shows the stupidity of our society.

  • More food generated more people....

  • Please translate this in Spanish!!!! subtitles at least!
