The only CGI parts of this video are the logo and titles. All of the wood was cut on our CNC router. :)

So the balls make an clock output that mimics the original pattern, right? That would be really cool for a "mechanical sequencer /beat machine"

I hadn't really thought of it that way, but yes, that would be freaking cool. We just need a set of eight of these, where each one makes a different sound when the balls hit bottom. :)
