no accutane is supposed to make your acne not come back, but theres always chances it will, most cases not. but you can expect a few pimples here and there without being on the drug.

Eh. i hade 5 treatments over 3 months and it worked for like 4 months afterward , but acne came back with a vengance... it is somehting you would hve to get every so often to keep up with it
