    Dude not counting the fact that it is a voluntary effort to bring the ball forward to get a hold of it with his hands the moment when you are moving your feet and the ball hits them it is a kicked ball violation because there is no way to determine if he moved it to get the ball on voluntarily or not. Through his movement he is preventing the defender from reaching the ball: Kicked ball violation.
