Vista Chess Glitch

Here is a video demonstrating two occasions (both during the same game) where Vista's "Chess Titans" cheats.

Watch as a pawn destroys a piece whose position it
does not occupy.

Apparently this is a rule called en passant, I will leave the video to see who else doesn't know the rule AND doesn't read descriptions.

First, learn the rules.

It's not illegal. You can choose to make another move but then you lose the opportunity to capture en passant.
