@INVENTOR3 Your welcome, let me know how it works out.

@MYBLOODYUSERNAMEFFS The Tesla night time solar panel that I was referring to was not awarded a patent because the mechanism relied on a voltage potential that increases with the physical distance above ground and 'theoretically' EM radiation from space. This was not well understood in Teslas day and "solar panel that works at night" sounded foolish so no patent. Since using one of these 'solar panels' would be an experiment it would fall within the realm of science.

@buckstarchaser using a solar panel is not science

May I suggest that the Tesla coil should be used as your antenna with the spark gap circuit used in reverse? I would try it first without the jewel thief as odds are that it would blow out. Some how it just feels right this way. I don't know a lot about electricity but it just hits me that way. It seems worth a little thought. Thanks for being there and working on this.

Put a air variable capacitor in parallel with your coil and you can tune it to the frequency that you are picking up. The coil will resonate and the power will increase dramatically. You may not have to place rods in your coil to change the inductance. Just my 2 cents.

@harmsworth1 Hmm, in parallel with the coil,,ok, ill try, thanks. i just got 2 variable capcitance/decade boxes :-) Thanks for the 2 cents, hehehe,,,that was woth at least a dollar, hehehehe

you sure your not just amplifying a tv signal coming from the pole?

@MYBLOODYUSERNAMEFFS I will have to try this out in the middle of nowear. I believe im recieving a collection of many frequencies.
