  • i occasionally get neck spasms when i wake up in the morning maybe due to bad sleeping posture...will u suggest a remedy on how to relieve these spasms fast...usually it lasts for about 3 days for me...i look like my s stuck on one side u know...

  • What is the best exercise to do if you have a kyfosis?

  • @TheYaom stand up and move around every hour..... that will help you

Do you have lots of upper back pain, shoulder, headaches? because this is classical pain from people suffering from computer overuse, it becomes chronic like mine!

  • @TheYaom I wiosh I could stay away from my laptop but i work in media and online marketing and HAVE to be on my laptop. But i have started to do yoga and pilates. And will definitely do the "Neck and Shoulder Postural Exercise". Thanks for your reply.

  • @ruchirawat it has been working good.... in realize that what has helped a lot is staying away from my laptop

  • @TheYaom hey how is this exercise working for you? Did the doctor recommend you any treatment for straight neck ?

  • Don't forget to lengthen the spine and align the neck to become more upright. Balance the head atop the shoulders, ears above the shoulders. Once this position is achieved, let the sternocleidomastoid neck muscles pull up the clavicles and the sternum. The chest will rise allowing one to bring in more air, lifting the shoulders. Adding your exercises will help of course. I'm happy to see that many videos are directed toward fixing posture. It is a priceless entity. Grace and poise all!

  • Thanks alot brotha.

  • thank you so much, I 've been suffering from neck pain, chronic tightness on my neck and upper back and sometimes even strong headaches... I thought it was a tumor but I am realizing is head forward, with an x ray the doc told me my neck is straight and need some exercises to correct my neck muscles.

i am sure this can help!!!

  • this is a very good and effective exercise................thanks for posting this video brother............
