Blacklight: Retribution Closed Beta Phase 3 Gameplay

I've been playing the Blacklight 2 closed beta since yesterday and it's brought back a lot of good memories as to why I enjoyed the original Blacklight: Tango Down so much. New additions including mechs to those who spend their hard earned points add a fresh dynamic to the game. Yeah I'm getting my arse kicked a lot but still enjoying it immensely at my current rank.

It does have a few issues that need ironed out such as spotty hit detection but early signs are promising. Blacklight 2 aka Blacklight: Retribution is F2P and is set to release in 2012.

1920x1080
Textures: High
Tessellation: Off
World Detail: Medium
Post Process MLAA: Disabled

FPS when recording = 25fps
FPS when not recording = 40-50fps

(I did disable some of the other options (motion blur, DOF, decals) to get a good fps when recording so don't worry if you manage to get a beta key of your own. It does look much better at max settings.

Did you do a slow mo video effect on the explosions or was that part of the game? Didn't you get Battlefield 3 or did you just play the beta?

@pete1038699 I added a few slow motion effects at certain points yes, just not where you see the kill cams. And I did buy BF3, I did a few videos of me playing it if you look through my channel matey. :)

Nice video i think the graphics look fine even toned down, definately better than the first, and f2p? even better, looks fun to play
