How do you define longevity? How do you define age? Why are we always looking for the fountain of youth and not living in the moment? Are you a negative person? @pheildcorn I agree. Lately, my body has been feeling old because of back pain. So, longevity has to do with not only how we age regarding physical looks but it's also the way we feel. I'm trying to stay positive.

Longevity is persistence. Persistence is maintaining good health for a long, long time.
