@rcampan13 She could never survive indies, but since she's in ROH right now managing Mike Bennett, who knows...maybe she might step inside a ring and prove me wrong. I would hope so...but as of right now, she's just a manager to him. You can check out ROH shows at ROH.com btw, and they also have their own youtube. But I'll check out the interview from Afterbuzz...I also saw something similar to what she was saying on Afterbuzz with a High Spots 1 hour interview.

@rcampan13 All the moves that she performs in the ring, and how hard she hits or how well she executes the moves, Vince McMahon has no control over that. Maria's not the puppet that Vinny pulls the strings on. She is the one that has to perform at an exceptional level. I just never felt like she was on Mickie's or Victoria's level, maybe in popularity, yeah, but not in wrestling skills. And she would never survive in a ring with Sara Del Rey or someone like her, she needs improvement.

@rcampan13 I hear these days working at house shows is the only way WWE Divas can get a decent amount of ring time. How sad.

Not only should she have been doing more house shows though, but she should have been getting more training behind the scenes. Just cause she lost all the time, doesn't mean she was bad. The fact that she couldn't wrestle as good as some of the top women is what I'm aiming at here, thats what makes her average...just like some of the untalented divas of today.

@217medusa Well then Get elaborative towards Vince McMahon & the editors who made Maria look the way she did . What you do realize is that Maria went week after week to Mr. McMahon's office , John Laurinitis's office & the WWE headquarters in CT & begged to compete in the house shows , so that she could get BETTER , but it didnt always happen , & im quoting her from the Afterbuzz tv Aftershow Raw , which is still going on , I would look it up . its the 2nd Episode : Oct.10 on ustream.com

@rcampan13 And yes, Maria DID improve, but that's not enough. In today's WWE it would be enough to win her a Divas title, though, but Maria has no previous experience in the indies, and she was still sloppy in some of her movesets, she wasn't agressive enough and seemed to hold back a lot. If you watch some ROH or SHIMMER you'll see the REAL DEFINITION of what women's wrestling is supposed to be like. You only know what Vince throws in your face every single week, which is terrible.

@rcampan13 Dude, I watched WWE from mid 2004 to late 2010. I was watching BEFORE Maria even showed up. Yes, I saw her Wrestlemania 24 match. Notice in that match Beth basically carried her through the majority & made her look better than what she REALLY was. Had that been a match with Kelly Kelly, Maria would've looked like a MUCH better wrestler, but she cannot step into the ring and keep up with the likes of the girls I previously mentioned. Beth can have a good match with anybody.

@217medusa LOL ! are you kidding me ?! I'll admit , Maria had no experience in the beginning . But you know what ? SHE GOT THERE ! You dont make sense saying how she can't wrestle good , if you NEVER saw her in her full potential . Did you even see her Wrestlemania Match ? She was amazing , & I AGAIN you dont make sense because Beth, Natalya, Victoria, & Mickie are MODELS TOO ! & with the situation that all the Divas are in now , there NOT even wrestling anymore w/ there 2 1/2 minute matches -_-
