Shoulder blades together bro. Lifting that much with that kind of form can hurt you... that being said, when you're lifting heavy, sometimes it can't be helped. But you've gotta set up for a deadlift like you're setting up for bench, your chest needs to be up and out and your shoulder blades together.
Keep it up, though.

thanks dude. i'm still learning form on this lift especially. my squats are more consistent than deadlifts. bench sucks.

it's been a process of losing fat and gaining muscle while staying at the same weight. i was pure pudding before i started lifting.
