try doing it with a long bar, its totally different, also what the point of holding it above you head for more than about 2-3 seconds?. If you lack space use an ez curl bar, its harder to grip though

I have done 135 lbs with a long bar pretty easily, I have a video of that.
And I hold it above my head to build shoulder strength.

its actually the only place in the gym I can do it, we have to do it in the power racks for safety reasons.
