  • Hi there, the key to getting rid of sciatica is to

    1. Lengthen your spine

    2. Strengthen your lower back muscles if they're weak, or release them if they're tight.

    3. Soften and release your hamstrings. You have to stretch your hamstrings and glutes safely, once you do that a lot of the pain and pressure will go away.

    This video is good, also check out the one called Supta Padangustasana (lying on your back and stretch the legs with a strap), and Prasarita with blocks against the wall.
