First, we look at the ancient and sacred Vedic practice of stimulating the third eye through the use of the bindi.

Next, we introduce the topic of homosexuality and spiritual seeking. For far too long, the world of spirituality has held it's doors wide open to anyone and everyone- rich, poor, young and old- but slammed it firmly shut in the face of others unless they completely negate their preferred sense of self. It's such a broad and far reaching topic, I don't presume to answer it completely in one small video clip, so, I invite all related comments from those who are living this question first-hand. If you're homosexual, and also pursuing spiritual enlightenment, please do write in with any addition you'd like to make to what I've said here, or any follow-up questions that may arise.

Finally, yet another question has come about Inner Awakening, the 21 day transformation retreat held at Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam ashram. Jay asks whether or not she should attend the program, even if she doesn't feel an unconditional devotion to the master. The answer is a firm and enthusiastic "Yes!" Feeling unconditional devotion to the master is not a prerequisite for attendance. Simply, feel a deep trust in his enlightenment, and his ability to lead you to your highest state, and that will be enough. Every person who comes in contact with an enlightened avatar will feel a unique connection. Some will see the avatar as a teacher, others as a friend; some as a master, and others as a mother or father. Those who see him as a parent or a beloved will certainly have devotion, but those who see him as a friend or a teacher may have just a deep friendliness. Don't bother about it until you get here. Quite often, the 'bhava' (Sanskrit word for feeling connection with the guru) won't be known to you until you experience the transformation first hand.
