@mhidmi , listen to him reading fatiha he never takes any short breaks like minshawi , listen to him then u can belive that breath can reach more than a minute , god bless you , even if he does take a breath , thats not the thing , the thing is what have you learned from this reciting , he wanted to represent quran in a better way to us and so he did, forgive me but he deserves more than you have given him.
correct abdussamad used to do it , but not as much as minshawi did
there are seven readings of quran and this is one of them , and it requires long breath , and it is not always gifted to them , they train for that for years
even raffat hussein .. i listen to his reciting .. it's clear that they took some tiny breaths .. i asked expert in sounds about this .. ( في مواضع السكت في الكلمات يأخذ نفس قصير كي يعطي الحنجرة طاقة )
the last 55 seconds were without a breath... as it was saktah before that is arguable but this shaikh has many many years of years and practice and to say it is impossible is nonesense.
