my goal for this summer is to get flexible enough to even attempt this whole routine.
-
Is it okay that the 1st 20 seconds turned me on??
-
Just what I was looking for after my run today. I find other stretching exercises really boring and that leads me to sometimes skip them. This seems really effective, my muscles feel really smooth and flexible. I have not done yoga before but stumbled upon your channel and find it really inspiring. Keep up the brilliant work - I'll try out some other routines pretty soon.

the wave at 3:13 but seriously what a nice ending im definiteley finsta try that

@cheesefemme Thank you for your enlightened response and you are completely correct - one of the most inspiring down dogs I've ever seen in class was by a Iraqi war vet from a wheelchair. JOY to behold. I should have paid more attention to Tara - I didn't realize she was demonstrating an adaption of the classic posture.

@johnwjuan Not true! Common belief but your heels do not have to stay on the mat. It's about stretching as much as YOUR body will go, and heels to the mat are simply not necessary for downdog to be effective!

Another great video! I'm gonna try this warm up starting tomorrow.
-
Really Tara, you're amazingly lovely but your heels should really stay on the mat in downdog!

You are pretty, and cool!
