I think that cleaning 'bot was the forerunner of the Roomba.
If this cartoon were done today, that house would have been built with a hefty grant from ACORN.

This is one of my favorite cartoons of all time. The brown dog's face everytime the dishwasher picks him up is priceless.

Mr. Bill (Norwood) used to show this cartoon on WLOS-TV when I was small in the 1960's. I always thought it was really funny. Thanks for posting.
