This video shows how you can adjust your valve clearance on a 50cc 4-stroke engine. Please be sure the engine is cold. This works for Honda, Jincheng, Skyteam and Sachs Models. Also possible to watch in High Quality.

Thanks for posting the video ! Yes, the fonts are hard to read and the music is annoying but I get the point. But you do need to remember that the timing needs to be done not only cold but on the compression stroke.......

it's hard to read the instructions here. also it's important to note that this has to be done when the engine is cold.

i just adjusted my honda fifty valves while hot and it runs nice and smooth.

u dont need to take apart that so mutch. only the crome cover on the fly cover. then the cam cain cover. ant the valve covers.

One thing I didn't notice is that YOU MUST MAKE SURE THE ENGINE IS COLD BEFORE ADJUSTING YOUR VALVES OR THE SETTINGS WILL BE OFF.
