  • Nice bit of info, I too am taking CLA in the liquid pill form. So far I've been on it for 2 days and taken it 3 times a day so far, gonna bump it to 4 a day starting 2mrw.

    Been excercising moderatly so far the past 2 weeks and plan on stepping it up a bit. Will subscribe to see your progress.

  • Thus far I have seen my weight go down 5.5 pounds. My waist measurement has gone down 3 inches. I would have liked a body fat percentage measurement, but didn't get that done. I think the waist measurement is a pretty good indication, as that is where most of my body fat is located these days...

  • If your on a low carb diet and you should be if you wanna get big and ripped, you shouldn't buy CLA supplements because beef, lamb and cheese are already high in CLA make sure to include these foods in your low carb diet to maximise your fatloss and retain your muscle mass. I emphasized these foods in my diet (with veges) weight trained and performed HIIT cardio 3x a week and I lost 5kgs in 10 days! no shit! my bodyfat test showed me that I lost no lean mass, so all of it was fat!

  • Iv just started taking CLA, and im female. . Im not looking for big muscles, I just want to loose weight and look tone, should I stop taking the pills? Because I don't want to look bulky.

  • wow thanks man, you just got be excited. because im like 13-14% BF and been working out for 6 years im pretty buff 5'11 180 and im just getting into supplements , i taken whey sense i been working out..

    got any recommendations of CLA products?
