  • Rupert is stunning. Then and now. And I LOVE his voice. A lot :)

And the fact that they had Japanese yaoi fangirls was the most adorable thing. So cute. And I can DEFINITELY see why :P

  • Rupert's HOT and HUNG in Maurice.

  • I remember what it meant to hear Scudder utter the words "We shan't ever be parted" for the first time. I saw it in a theater with a girl who knew I was gay. It sent chills up my spine and made me so happy that I felt optimistic for the first time about love. I grew up in a small mid American town where being gay was not acceptable at all. I ran out and bought the book then and read it again and again. Then my mother found it and tossed it in the trash. This film made it alright to be gay.

  • Wow, Rupert is just stunning, still. That voice, it's like butter! And he's got those dark, "bad eyes like a gypsy". There's just something about him. Yummy. I just purchased the DVD, and have watched these interviews several times. Both Hugh Grant and James Wilby do a great James Ivory impression. Too funny!

  • @tarastffrd i don't think he does. and if he did i dont think he'd be less attractive more attractive. like alan rickman.

  • Oh holy fuck Rupert. Never stop talking. Never ever.

  • Does Rupert Graves age?...dang

  • I like that they specifically note their Japanese fan girls. XD Yay for Japan! :D

  • @meralys21 he would have been about 40. this is approximately 10 years ago and he's almost 50 soooo. yup.

  • @roose85723 neither Elton John, Ellen Degeneres ,or John Barrowman appear in any popular gay romance films - gays obviously can be well received by largely straight audiences as entertainers (e.g. Liberace) but not as actors in gay romance films - casting director choices for such roles indicate straights are preferred - please indicate even one self professing gay actor who appears in any popular gay romance films , who appears in any of the cinematic clips of such films on YouTube, even one
