Try doing them faster.. Tabata is meant to be done all out, that pace seems a little slow to me.. Just a thought.. Tabatas are maximal effort

You're curving your body way too much when you go down, try to keep your body straight, keep your pelvis in line with your head and feet, do the pushup and clap your hands above your head keeping arms straight as you can and make it explosive keeping that body rock solid straight, that's the way pros do it, your doing good though keep it up you'll get there just work on that alignment.

im a beginer how any sets should i do reps??

lol @ the pelvic thrust

Intensity IS relative, but you don't look as if you're really trying to hammer 'em out. Somebody who's is shape, as you obviously are, could've done them substantially faster while keeping good form.

No prob. I am sorry for your loss. I made a barbeque shrimp roll in his memory. It was delicious.

Thanks for the explaination! Loved your comment on my 'shrimp' video too. Priceless. It's dead now though, so you brought back painful memories of me and shrimpy.
I'll survive.
Keep on Tabataring!
Bro those are squat thrusts. Burpees include a pushup in the bottom position. FYI

Thanks, but the squat thrust lacks the jump. The a burpee is a burpee as long as you drop to pushup position (not required to do a pushup), and then leap into the air. The squat thrust is identical, but you simply stand instead of jumping. A burpee with a pushup is just that. A burpee with a pushup.

Looks like you're right. I'll be doing these over with the pushup included.
