Yep! Before Mickey I used to fuck with Rock Steady around 88. Billy had some sick moments and so did Heartbeat, but yeah Mick just took it and elevated it to an art form. I can't think of anyone else that instantly gives the band a major jolt in the arm just by rocking along with them...be it Chuck, JYB, Pleasure, Lil' Benny, Northeast, BYB...add Mick to the mix and everybody reacts.

Wow i was just playing my bongos the other day, in the same fashion.My hand speed is no where near even close to ever being mentioned alongside this master's.He is a true master craftsmen.He's not only killing it sitting down which is hard in itself but on bongos no less.Where do I start with the complexity of what he's playing and how.I'm tryna sit at your feet and learn.

Mick's hand speed is unmatched. Combine that with his pure musical ability and you've got one of the greatest percussionists to ever live!
