How could you possibly make a statement like that!!? She is an eloquent speaker and only someone truly ignorant would make such a statement!! Anyway, it's not so much in how she says it, it's WHAT she says that counts! For you to say "nobody takes her seriously" proves your level of ignorance. So are we to assume that you've polled or spoken to EVERYONE, like on the whole planet!!? This woman's background as Constitutional Attorney/Assistant in many High Positions was impressive and Rush was very interested in this info & was going to look further into it. I just heard on Rush Limbaugh's radio show some lady came on and stated to the effect that Article 1 Section 5 of the US Constitution specifically says "the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal" and that this provision being specific whereas the part in the same section says "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings" is general and trumps the general. "Shall" also Trumps "May".
