My question is... do medications really expire? How can they go stale? Your prescription says it's good for a year. BUT, the pills come from the same company. What if pills from that same batch don't get dispensed for several more months. Do they expire within a year from dispense or a year from production? Do they make you sick or does the company just want you to pay for new pills? I've always wondered about that. I tend to save antibiotics.
On the way to work about a month ago I grabbed a packet of sultanas, started eating them...3/4 of a year out of date.

I eat/drink stuff after the expiration date all the time. As long as it passes the smell test, I'll give it a go. I'm a rebel.
