It looks good but should actually do it step by step

I was thinking about that earlier, that it may appear smaller than it actually is. But it still looks like the big calzones that I can get from Tommy's Pizza here in NY. I usually eat the whole thing in less than 10 minutes, unless it's very hot, and I'm a very skinny guy :)

Pizza dough shouldn't need egg wash.

@FastJohnnyNardGard It's not pizza dough, it's french bread dough. Thanks for watching.

My calzone dough needed quite a bit of cooking. So by the time it was done the eggwash turned really brown. Next time i'm leaving it plain or sprinkling parmesan when it's half baked.

@PhantomAct If that happens to you, I would sugguest not adding the eggwash and just bake it, that way it slows down how brown it gets and by the time it does brown it won't be super dark. One thing I've learned in cooking everyone oven is different I would suggest dropping the temp a bit if you do want to use egg wash.

That will serve 12 people? Or just 2 of me. I'll make mine with chicken, mozzerella, ricotta, and parmesan cheese like the pizza restaraunts here in NYC.
