@hookemhorns25 It's just our nickname. Maybe it has to do with the logo, I'm not entirely sure. University of Kansas goes by KU, University of Colorado goes by CU, so it's not totally uncommon. Those schools also have logos similar to OU in which the university's letter comes first with an interlocking "U". So that could be a reason, but like I said I don't know for sure.
