practice weak-side training, do all of your regular shot put exercises with the opposite arm/leg/turn/etc.

Once everything catches up with your strength, you will be throwing very far.

Very impressive, can you do the same on both sides?
It's difficult being a thrower because it makes you so unbalanced. My bench is messed up from shot putting, strong right arm but weak left arm :/

I can also do 3x140 on the right leg. My left is stronger. I am left handed, so it's not a bad thing. :-)
I am not really all that unbalanced, because my strength somewhat exceeds my level in the shot.
