No FRIEND of MINE !!! NO WAY AFA !! I dont need your interference dictating my relationship with my company. All you do is create a divisive wedge for YOUR GREED, your only real agenda !! That which you try to mask with your yarns of "CARING" about "YOUR MEMBERS". I am no "member" by choice. What I am is a pawn and a hostage to you and your $43pymt every month. Will the AFA pay your mortgage and put food on your table when they put our Airlines out of business ? They offer nothing but false promises. Next opportunity you have, ask an AFA rep what they REALLY have done for you and what they have done with the $43 charitable contribution that the thousands of us "donate" every month. They are in the business of making $ and that is their main objective. Not its membership. SHAME ON THE AFA, they are predators, classless and lack integrity.

$43.00 for WHAT ?? !! The AFA's PROFIT - THATS WHAT ! Do the math. Literally millions of dollars every month from all of the f/a's throughout the country that they supposedly "represent". They talk of corporate greed, they are just as greedy if not worse than the leaders of our carriers. Remember where your salary comes from and that you give a $43 portion every month to the AFA to "protect" your rights. Right to what? give AFA your hard earned money and in return you get lies and deceit. WOW !!

As a former United Airlines F/A I know too much about the AFA's lies. When they went to the bargaining table during bankruptcy, they told us not to worry. They proceeded to negotiate 47% pay cuts, and "somehow" (they say that it was a 50%+1 majority) got a 10 year contract(first one any airlines history) ratified. On legalities here is their favorite answer "Fly it now grieve it later". Delta F/A's need to think twice b4 they let Pat Friend and her cronies into their family.
