To gary32080,
I'm not saying your wrong but I have an even different memory of its opening theme. I still have a bootleg copy on an early VHS tape of it and for the life of me I can't remember the song but, like you, I know this wasn't it. Tubular Bells was however, used at least twice twice in some Hal Jepsen stuff back then. If I had a VHS player I would figure it out right now haha.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but when I saw this in 75.the opening song was Tubular Bells (the theme song fron the Excorcist). I remember it because it was my first surf flick.
