grazellian,hostility does not work. One of the reasons why Obama's campaign is doing so well is he is not resorting towards hostility.

I am a registered Republican, but what swayed me to vote for Obama is his ability to be calm, cool, and not to stoop as low as what the McCain campaign is doing (Obama might be doing some smear campaign but not as much as Mccain). To have these traits is an important character for a leader.
