Dianne has been a patient at Optimum Health's Woodstock, GA location and was kind enough to share her experience with you.

Dianne came to Optimum Health in Woodstock, GA for the ALCAT food sensitivity test and the ASI (Adrenal Stress Index) hormone stress level test. She was experiencing some gastrointestinal symptoms, sensitivity to different foods, including dairy, and had some joint pains and skin rashes.

Before Dianne took the ALCAT Food Sensitivity Test, she was feeling fatigued, and had some stomach issues when eating certain foods. When she'd eat a salad or have certain foods, she'd experience symptoms within about 30 minutes, so she was looking to find out what might be causing the symptoms. Dianne's test results showed that there were certain foods she shouldn't eat -- including chocolate, mint, wheat and dairy. She also found out about certain chemical issues causing potential reactions, such as the fluoride in toothpaste. This was news for her -- she didn't know anything about that until after the test results. She then changed her eating habits to a new rotational diet program and within 6 weeks she was experiencing far fewer digestive symptoms.

As of this video filming, Dianne has been on a rotational diet for 3 months, and she's feeling significantly better. She had been experiencing some joint pain, which is no longer a problem. She lost 10 pounds in the first 6 weeks, and is no longer taking Aleve every night (she used to take 2 a night and was considering increasing that to 3 a night).

ASI Test (Adrenal Stress Index)
Dianne had been having some skin problems likely caused by allergies. Also, around 2 in the afternoon, her energy levels would dip. She was sleeping 8 hours a night, drinking lots of water and exercising, but would still be tired in the afternoon. So after the test, she went on some nutiritional supplements and has been watching the foods she ate, and her energy level has increased.

Now she doesn't get that 3 o'clock tiredness and while she used to feel tired shortly after eating, she doesn't get that anymore.

Dianne has already referred a friend of hers to the Buford Optimum Health location. Her friend was experiencing similar symptoms along with bloating and weight gain. Her advice is after someone has done other testing with regular doctors, to seek this out. It's been a positive event for her and she likes that it's an alternative but all-natural way to treat the problems, not just treating the symptoms.

we're so happy that you've chosen Optimum Health and that we've been able to help you feel better and experience less pain.
