This is a recent project I worked on for a customer who is placing his house on the market. I had a fun time filming this one. This was filmed with the Tricopter (KK Board) and a GoPro HD Hero on 60 FPS (720p).
i am always amazed by your vid james. i build a tricopter once using 120 swashplate setup with 4 gyros. but hard to get it steady. i heard about these KK board but it looks like kinda complicated. How would you describe your experience building your tricopter using KK board. Is it hard to learn to build one just like yours?
@kapitanC Thanks for watching! Really if you have one with the four gyros, it is as simple as unplugging the gyros and plugging in the KK controller. My Gyro version was every bit as stable as the KK version. The KK version is nice as it allows you to arm and disarm the system with a throttle stick sequence. Also, the end points and throws are all equal. A good upgrade!
Nice!, thats really good
