Laura, you're an amazing inspiration! I'm in college, and I really follow your videos during study breaks. You have a wonderful body, and you're not a fake perception of 'perfect' you're healthy and gorgeous!

about how long do you notice/ can see your abbs?
-
@NeonDreamingOutLoud You could do it twice a day or every other day. Mix it up with my standing up abs and kettle bell abs. Combine it with a diet of natural healthy food and you should do great! visit lauralondonfitness for more great info or visit me on Facebook too. Let me know how you are doing.

Thanks so much for the video! I loved it and it was definitely a challenge. The only one I couldn't do was the "Heels to heaven". I supposed my legs aren't strong enough because I couldn't get my legs up there like you did. Any suggestions on how to strengthen my legs so I can lift them up for that exercise?

This is amazing, thank you. This is my favorite ab work out so far. What a kicker for me. I've been working past other workouts. This one seems to be a new challenge for me.
-
@LauraLondon100 Ok Thanks for answering my question.

@fleur797797 I would suggest using a smaller range of motion, let your abs build up some strength and also do a few back exercises to help strengthen the back muscles. If you are really uncomfortable try my standing up ab video, that may be a better video for you to start with.
Omg Laura this is amazingggg

@101Ashleyroks With constancy, clean eating and some cardio you can make a significant body change in three months. You can do this workout once or twice a day, I would suggest every other day. Mix it up with my standing up and kettle bell abs. Abs start from the inside out, strength first.
